Historic Seattle Remodel

A move from the Midwest to the Pacific Northwest led the clients to purchase a home in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, known for their gorgeous craftsman homes. The home was in need of remodeling and redesign to meet their growing family needs. We worked with the homeowner's desire to bring back the historic charm by reusing, restoring and recreating authentic and historic quality craftsmanship-type architectural details, cabinetry, and lighting of the original home or the era.

Danish Modern

An active couple wanted to remodel their first-floor kitchen and powder bath for their long-term home in a modern, clean, Danish style. We worked in collaboration with the homeowners and the architect to design the project. We borrowed space from the powder bath to increase the kitchen storage space and improve the work flow. We paid special attention to the architecturally clean, integrated look and feel of the design details throughout the project, making it a wonderful, lifelong remodel for the home.

Modern Meets Classic

The objective of this remodel was to create an open floor plan while maintaining the historical integrity of the West Hills Portland home. The clean lines and white kitchen with natural wood, walnut tones allow the beautiful architecture furnishings to become the statement of the room.

The Grand Central Station

The goal of this project was to create a craftsman-like feel with an artsy, modernistic edge. We improved the layout to accommodate for several cooks, increased the lighting and customized the storage space. We used two-toned finishes and contrasting materials and textures to elicit a relaxed and secure atmosphere.
