The Grant Condo

The client was looking for an English bar-inspired home with rich tones, defied architecture, and an up-scale feel. We incorporated hand-scraped wood floors, custom inset cherry cabinets, and handsome stone mosaic and glass tiles throughout the bathrooms and kitchen.

Sustainable Homestead

The clients envisioned a new, single-level, lifelong home with universal design features, an open-floor plan, shop, outdoor living space, and green house. They purchased a 1987, 2,700 square-foot home, of which we added 300 square feet during a complete remodel inside and out. It is now an inviting, high-quality, Pacific Northwest craftsman-style home that takes advantage of several universal design features, and utilizes energy savings and sustainable features and materials where possible.
